The Opportunity

The Adobe Accessibility Team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our Vendor Accessibility Review program. This role will be working directly with business and technology partners, vendors, and Adobe legal to establish processes to assess vendor accessibility issues and risks, prioritize risk mitigation activities, and guide the business to make risk-based decisions. We are looking for someone with outstanding program management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with and passion for accessibility. What you’ll do

Enhance current procurement processes to incorporate accessibility throughout the purchasing process, including new purchasing decisions and contract renewals.

Work with accessibility subject matter experts and provide subject matter expertise to support accessibility evaluation of products used by Adobe employees.

Identify accessibility risks to the business

Support legal team with negotiation around accessibility contract requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional departments within Procurement and Legal on process improvements and workflow integrations to provide improved customer experience

Benchmark the program against the third-party risk assessment programs from similar companies and propose improvements

What you need to succeed

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Demonstrated ability working in accessibility, governance, risk and compliance

Understanding of accessibility requirements

Experience handling risk in a global enterprise

Self-motivated and results oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with accessibility conformance audits for accessibility (e.g. WCAG 2.1 AA, EN 301 549

IAAP CPACC certification is a plus.
