Senior Program Manager for Accommodations and Accessibility

This Senior Program Manager of Accommodations and Accessibility position will manage a team that will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving Assistive Technologies and accessibility of high traffic, high visibility DoD sites. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the team and federal client in the advancement of accessibility by leveraging skills and in depth understanding of accessibility and the assistive tools available.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for direct management of the Program Manager technical and/or non-technical staff.
-Organize project and task workloads and select individuals most qualified for assignments on specific projects.
-Resolve any issues escalated through the Program Managers.
-Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and discipline of assigned employees.
-Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Highly proficient using MS Office Suite applications on the DoD network.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Must possess or be able to obtain a Federal (DoD) security clearance.
-A minimum of 10 years program related experience with Assistive Technology (AT) and accommodations to support individuals with disabilities, including Accessing information and communication technology, Specialized disability program subject matter education, training, and experience, or Experience in disability program management, market research, data analysis, reasonable accommodations and employment support services in the workplace.
-Experience with DoD Information Systems.
-At least 5 years functional or program management experience.
-Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience with an advanced degree in engineering or business preferred.
