Accessibility Program Manager
At AccessAbility Officer, our organizational values are rooted in trust, loyalty, communication, and inclusion. We value and reward speed, technical breath, responsiveness, reliability, and creating solutions.
FYI, we’re a startup. So ambiguity is normal and urgency is gospel, but you’ve got to seriously want to work directly with people with severe disabilities reliant on assistive technology on a daily basis.
Did you know AccessAbility Officer hires individuals living with disabilities, including those who are blind? It’s because we go to work every day with the purpose of achieving our vision. The U.S. disabled unemployment rate is the same as the U.S. unemployment rate.
We’re mission driven, obsessed with achieving our vision, and Ability Is Our Middle Name. Learn more about us at:

About The Program Manager Role:
We’re looking for a doer, a builder, a solver, a driver. Someone who’s obsessed with customer happiness, on top of customer requests before they even hit Teams or the inbox.
A strategic partner who wants to be a part of the decisions, to lead, to grow, to expand the opportunities we land, and is absolutely truth seeking.
Our truth we’re seeking? How do we grow this business faster, better, and hire more people with disabilities in the process?
We don’t hold egos. We hold each other up. We don’t take it personal, we take the feedback. We don’t quit, we find solutions.
So there’s a lot of hats to wear, but boiled down, with white-glove service and a customer-centric attitude, the Digital Accessibility Program Manager is customer-facing and represents AccessAbility Officer from project scoping to kickoff to delivery and beyond.
