We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Accessibility team. You’ll be a key player in driving awareness for accessibility through inclusive design across Dell Digital, helping innovate and develop processes and solutions for accessibility.

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle for a large, complex transformation program, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the Business and Engineering to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

The Accessibility Team will collaborate with the teams across the company to establish new policies for Accessibility at Dell while driving inclusive design and customer-focused outcomes. The team will be responsible for delivering guidelines and training for Dell Digital. They will operate as the subject matter experts on Accessibility for Dell Digital and offer consultant services to the broader organization. This team will partner with product teams across Dell Technologies to bring awareness of accessibility into product development while continuing innovation specific to automation and testing to help the CICD process.

Your responsibilities include:

Driving accessibility into products through inclusive design, awareness, and innovation
Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for accessibility across various Dell Digital products
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle for a large, complex transformation program
Manage backlog for engineering team while engaging stakeholders
Provide a clear description and outline of product features for easy comprehension by the development team and the Business team
Help iterate on a process to increase successful adoption of accessibility standards and continue to drive awareness throughout Dell Digital
Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
Working closely with the Business and Engineering to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
Act as a liaison between legal team, stakeholders and design team to ensure Dell Digital meets accessibility needs
Manage product backlog and backlog visibility in order to prioritize user stories for implementation
Familiarity with overall accessibility legal requirements and work closely with Legal to ensure risk mitigation measures are met
Fosters collaboration and transparency while leaning on and supporting others to drive excellence in their process
Deliver prioritized features and corresponding justification
Help enable other teams to incorporate accessibility into their products

As a Senior Product Manager, your professional background demonstrates:

Minimum of 10+ years experience as a Product Manager with a bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Experience with WCAG 2.1
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical background, with experience in TFS, SAFE and Agile methodology
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
