Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Provide consultation and recommendations to our internal and external partners and their creative agencies on WCAG principles and test criteria
Collaboratively partner with Enterprise Accessibility teams to ensure Retail Payment Systems is aligning with not only WCAG criteria but industry best practices for a fully accessible digital experience
Participate in creative reviews to insure designs incorporate the proper contrast levels and heading level structure
Test marketing pages for WCAG 2.1 AA, both automated and manual testing to cover all criteria
Provide Authoring teams with recommendations and solutions to meet criteria
Test more complicated third-party provided digital assets like rewards calculators, interactive comparison charts, online forms, videos (including closed captioning and transcripts) and PDFs
Provide test result documentation in a very fast-paced environment

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Three to five years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Excellent understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA Principles and test criteria
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to relay criteria in terms those unfamiliar with WCAG will understand
Ability testing in a cross-channel environment, including desktop/laptop, mobile, devices and across multiple browsers
Experienced using Accessibility evaluation tools such as axe Auditor, axe Expert, JAWs, NVDA, VoiceOver, Talk Back, etc
