Accessibility Lead Tester (ADA Testing)

In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Location for this position is Pennington, NJ. This position may require 0 % travel.

Qualifications

Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT

Preferred

•At least 2 years of experience in Accessibility Testing (American Disability act testing)
•Minimum 1 year of experience in application development using Java
•Hands on experience in using any of the market tools such as NVDA, JAWS or any other tools used for ADA testing and worked on projects to sign off the same for ADA compliance
•Good hold on the guidelines to test for ADA as per the WACG 2.0 /2.1 standards
•Should have strong Analytical abilities, Technical and Communication skills

Nice to have:
• Functional Testing experience, Good hold on Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.
• Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
• Communication and Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
