CACI is currently seeking a 508 Compliance Testing Analyst to join our team in support of the Web-Based Supply Chain Management System (WBSCM) for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and United States Agency for International Development (USAID). WBSCM is an SAP-based supply chain application solution that has been in production operation since 2010. The WBSCM solution continues to evolve in response to business requirements and continuous improvement cycles of the application and technology. The current technical solution is poised to make the transition into a cloud-based environment in advance of the future migration to SAP S4/HANA.

Your work on this project will directly contribute toward feeding school children via the National School Lunch Program; assisting in emergencies, such as the COVID-19 pandemic; and assisting with the Food Distribution Program by working on a Salesforce subsystem called the Integrated Food Management System (IFMS) to serve the Indian Tribal Organizations. Duties include but are not limited to:

Conduct in-depth Section 508/WCAG 3.0 (guidelines) compliance assessments via manual reviews and using automated test tools, accessiblity checklist and assistive technologies.

Conduct assessments / ongoing audits and provide remediation recommendations and support to ensure our external-facing web pages and applications are compliant with all required government standards.

Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined 508 requirements. Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.

Identify and investigate issues found during testing. Prioritize and mark the level (A, AA or AAA) on the valid issues.

Work closely with software developers to review Section 508/WCAG compliance defects and discuss possible resolutions.

Update web accessibility processes and maintain test script procedures to ensure compliance with Section 508 requirements and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) /Accessibility checklist

Educate others on how to implement and test web pages and applications for Section 508 / WCAG compliance. Provide expert advice to other teams testing web pages and applications for Section 508/WCAG compliance. Assist project teams with understanding how Section 508 and accessibility activities fit within the project life cycle.

Compile reports concerning failures in Section 508/WCAG compliance and ways to remediate. Monitor resolution of Section 508/WCAG compliance violations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience.

3+ years of relevant experience

Web accessibility testing experience on Section 508 requirements and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

Experience with assistive technology tools such as Narrator, NVDA, or JAWS.

Experience with using Chrome extension ARC toolkit for 508C Validations.

Business/User acceptance testing experience.

Excel in communicating solutions to internal users and in working collaboratively with teammates. Work with both technical and non-technical users to convey appropriate solutions based on the user’s level of understanding.

Ability to work independently or within a team and the ability to successfully work with concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities

Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through previous experience interacting with business analysts, developers, and technical support teams

Career-Level position within field. Requires experience and proficiency in discipline.

Conducts complex work important to the organization.

Works with minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Desired Qualifications:

Practical SAP experience – SAP web application user skills, and familiarity with multiple SAP user interface types

Familiar with software implementation cycles - from concept planning/assessment, configuration, development, documentation, testing, thru to deployment delivery and post Go-Live support

Familiar with Agile Software Development Methodology

Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools such as Service-Now, Micro Focus ALM, Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.

Automated testing experience (writing and running), and PDF remediation experience

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $54,900-$109,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
