Global Accessibility Support Lead, Googler Support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing a team of engineering and/or technical operations professionals responsible for critical systems/operations for a distributed organization.
5 years of technical experience as an individual contributor.
Experience in designing, developing, or troubleshooting multiple operating systems, networking, mobile, video, and/or voice technologies.
5 years of experience working across customer-facing roles.
2 years of program management/product management experience in the Accessibility space.
Experience with assistive technologies.
Ability to build excellent relationships and work effectively cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
