This role is within the Access and Inclusion team supporting program delivery and business units across the Westpac Group to deliver more inclusive products, services, collateral and great experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with driving the achievement of Westpac’s strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyst, communicate, validate, and manage accessibility requirements and defects of systems, products and information
Assisting with team administration on work deliverables, managing our internal agile platform JIRA, and co-ordinate internal training courses
Analysising, reviewing and uplifting knowledge of stakeholder documentation to include access and inclusion language and processes that will support our customer facing employees to provide excellent service in a short amount of time
Assisting with providing knowledge, upskilling and testing capabilities to internal stakeholders on the key accessibility guidelines such as WCAG 2.1, ABA accessibility principles for banking services and assistive technology as JAWS, NVDA, webAIM contrast checker, Microsoft built in accessibility checkers, voiceover and talkback and narrator

What do I need?

Strong stakeholder management skills and problem-solving capability
Project management and Business Analysis experience would be desirable
2+ years’ experience in a similar role within Financial Services
Experience using Jira
