In this role, you’ll work on speech synthesis and the speech-driven features it powers, including Speak Screen and VoiceOver. Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
* Experience with at least one of the following languages and related development tools: ObjectiveC, Swift, C++, or C
* Ability to create, understand and maintain Object-Oriented software designs
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to learn quickly and grapple with complex, critical code
* 3+ years of relevant work experience
* Upbeat, adaptable, and results-oriented attitude
* Aptitude for independently learning new technologies
* Passion for quality and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Apple Accessibility APIs and/or Accessibility technologies
* Familiarity with audio-related software development
* Experience in developing safe and efficient multithreaded software systems
* Excitement to build software that makes a tangible difference in people's lives
