Global Accessibility Program Lead

To ensure effective management of accessibility initiatives, the remote Global Disability & Accessibility Program Lead will oversee the implementation of accessibility strategies, collaborate with various teams, and support the development of related policies during a temporary contract assignment lasting between 27 and 52 weeks. Key responsibilities Oversee the implementation of the organization's accessibility strategies and maintain governance processes Collaborate with regional and functional leads to promote adherence to global accessibility standards Act as the main contact for enterprise accessibility inquiries, addressing issues and coordinating remediation efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 8 years of experience in accessibility, disability inclusion, or related fields Strong knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG and workplace accessibility practices Proven experience working with Legal, HR, IT, Learning, and Procurement teams Demonstrated program management and stakeholder engagement skills
