Job Description

**Lead Generation Specialist – Accessibility SaaS & Services (PREP)** Location: North America (Remote) Experience: 5–10+ years Industry Focus: Digital Accessibility (ADA, WCAG, Section 508) **About the Role** - We are seeking a highly targeted Lead Generation Specialist with deep expertise in digital accessibility and enterprise SaaS. This role focuses on generating qualified pipeline in new segments, complementing (not duplicating) our outbound sales efforts. - The ideal candidate understands the accessibility compliance landscape, can identify high-intent buyers, and can execute campaigns that convert across industries navigating regulatory pressure. - This role does not cover outbound sales territories, inbound leads, or renewals — it is purely focused on white space and net-new opportunity creation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. White Space & Net-New Lead Generation ● Own pipeline generation in underpenetrated verticals and regions not covered by outbound sales: - Geographies: Midwest, Northeast, Southeast U.S., and Canada - Industries: Healthcare systems, mid-market insurance, legal/professional services, publishing & media, nonprofits, corporate HR/L&D teams ● Identify high-intent opportunities using: - Accessibility RFPs / procurement events - ADA/WCAG compliance trends - Website redesigns or digital transformation initiatives 2. Campaign Strategy & Execution - Execute targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and digital channels - Partner with marketing to develop accessibility-focused messaging and assets - Qualify leads and ensure proper CRM tracking and routing 3. Lead Governance & Collaboration - Maintain clear ownership rules to avoid overlap with outbound sales - Coordinate with Sales for timely follow-up on qualified opportunities - Track pipeline contribution and conversion metrics in CRM **Required Qualifications** - 5+ years in digital accessibility SaaS or services - Strong understanding of: ADA (Title II & III), WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508 - Experience generating pipeline for SaaS platforms and accessibility services - 5 to 10+ years in B2B lead generation or demand generation roles - Skilled in CRM, prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo), and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Salesloft) **Success Metrics** - Number of qualified opportunities generated from net-new accounts - Conversion of qualified opportunities to sales-ready leads - Revenue contribution from Lead Gen-sourced deals - Expansion into new verticals and geographies
