**Product Accessibility Audit Coordinator** **Location:** Remote (U.S.) **Contract duration**: through end of Jan 2027 **Client**: World's largest CRM provider **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a highly organized **Product Accessibility Audit Coordinator** to support a large-scale accessibility compliance program for enterprise software products. This role is focused on coordinating accessibility audits, managing vendor relationships, tracking deliverables, and ensuring successful completion of accessibility compliance initiatives across multiple product teams. This is a program coordination role and does **not** involve conducting accessibility testing. The ideal candidate will have experience managing compliance-related projects, working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders, and driving multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate accessibility audits between internal product teams and external audit vendors. * Manage audit schedules, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. * Facilitate audit kickoff meetings, demo sessions, and ongoing status reviews. * Monitor audit progress and ensure timely completion of audits and Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs). * Review, maintain, and organize audit documentation, including planning documents, scope definitions, Statements of Work (SOWs), and audit records. * Publish finalized Accessibility Conformance Reports to external-facing websites. * Upload audit findings into bug tracking systems and ensure appropriate follow-up. * Respond to accessibility compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. * Maintain organization across shared drives, communication channels, and multiple concurrent assessments. * Identify opportunities to improve audit coordination processes and implement process enhancements. * Partner with business and technical teams to ensure alignment on accessibility compliance requirements. AI & Process Optimization Responsibilities * Leverage modern AI tools to automate and streamline program management activities. * Generate and organize documentation, status reports, and project updates. * Draft communications, follow-up requests, and stakeholder updates. * Identify process inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements. * Analyze inquiry trends and support the development of scalable communication strategies. Required Qualifications * 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, matrixed organization. * 2+ years of experience building relationships with both technical and business stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization. * 2+ years of experience coordinating compliance-related projects involving external vendors and suppliers. * Experience managing vendor relationships, purchase agreements, contracts, and Statements of Work. * Experience working with enterprise SaaS products or platforms. * Experience supporting product accessibility compliance initiatives, including familiarity with WCAG and web accessibility standards. * Experience coordinating accessibility audits, including audit planning, scope definition, demo coordination, and vendor management. Preferred Qualifications * Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven process improvements. * Experience integrating AI tools into project or program management workflows. * Familiarity with accessibility compliance documentation and reporting practices. * Strong understanding of operational processes and cross-functional project coordination. Required Skills * Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Ability to establish timelines, track deliverables, and proactively follow up with stakeholders. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to explain compliance requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong attention to detail and ability to drive projects through completion. * Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern AI productivity tools. * Strong judgment regarding issue escalation and stakeholder management.
