QE Accessibility Lead(NVDA, Jaws, WCAG standards)

We are looking for a seasoned QE Accessibility Lead with expertise in NVDA, Jaws, and WCAG standards to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading accessibility testing efforts, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of accessibility for all users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, advocate for accessibility best practices, and contribute to the development of inclusive digital experiences. Responsibilities: - Lead and execute accessibility testing strategies and plans. - Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing using tools such as NVDA and Jaws. - Ensure compliance with WCAG standards (AA and AAA). - Identify, document, and track accessibility defects. - Collaborate with development and design teams to resolve accessibility issues. - Provide guidance and training on accessibility best practices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility guidelines and technologies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our accessibility testing processes. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a QE Accessibility Lead or similar role. - In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1 (AA and AAA) standards. - Hands-on experience with screen readers such as NVDA and Jaws. - Experience with accessibility testing tools and methodologies. - Strong understanding of web accessibility principles and best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Experience in an Agile development environment is a plus. - Relevant certifications in accessibility testing are an asset.
