Job Summary: Lead accessibility testing for web, mobile, and enterprise applications Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1, AODA, and Accessible Canada Act standards Perform manual and automated accessibility testing using tools like Axe, WAVE Validate accessibility using assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) Identify, document, and prioritize accessibility defects and risks Collaborate with developers, UX, and product teams to drive remediation Act as SME for accessibility across Agile delivery teams Define and execute accessibility test strategies and plans Integrate accessibility testing within Agile CI/CD pipelines Conduct accessibility reviews of vendor solutions and compliance reports Partner with stakeholders to embed accessibility across SDLC Track and report accessibility compliance metrics and risks Provide training and awareness sessions on accessibility best practices Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies Preferred accessibility certifications (CPACC, WAS) and banking domain experience Agile project delivery methodology and skills to learn and work with evolving methodologies Experienced in testing processes to define requirements, document user stories, and test scripts through to test execution Ability to provide updates on SCRUM calls and demo walkthroughs to operations post sign-off Actively contributes to project/team meetings with timely updates and loops in stakeholders accordingly for escalations Working knowledge of Git and Bitbucket Working knowledge of BDD. Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year Note: TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation. This posting is for a current vacancy.
