React Engineer

Join the US Loans Engineering team to build and optimize frontend features using React, NextJS, and TypeScript. The role involves improving user journeys, addressing technical debt, and ensuring accessibility standards while collaborating with product and backend teams. Build new user journeys and optimize conversion rates for the Unsecured Loans product. Maintain, refactor, and improve the frontend codebase and tooling. Identify and assess technical debt, advocating for code improvements alongside feature work. Ensure adherence to accessibility guidelines and best practices for users with accessibility needs. Collaborate with product owners and senior engineers to implement features from design wireframes. Participate in cross-functional initiatives to scale products and support business growth.
