REMOTE Digital Accessibility Trainer / Content Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Accessibility Trainer / Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials on digital accessibility best practices, as well as creating and maintaining accessible content. You will work closely with various teams to ensure our digital products and services meet accessibility standards and guidelines. Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver engaging training programs on digital accessibility topics (e.g., WCAG, Section 508, ADA). - Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules. - Design and develop accessible content, including web pages, documents, and multimedia. - Conduct accessibility audits and provide recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure accessibility is integrated throughout the product lifecycle. - Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility standards, guidelines, and technologies. - Provide guidance and support to teams on accessibility-related issues. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Digital Accessibility Trainer or Content Developer. - In-depth knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA, Section 508, ADA). - Experience with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, magnifiers). - Proficiency in creating and remediating accessible documents (e.g., PDF, Word). - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web accessibility principles. - Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
