Require an Accessibility Engineer in Hyderabad

Conduct comprehensive accessibility audits using automated tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, Siteimprove) and manual testing methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve accessibility issues across web, mobile, and desktop applications. Develop and enforce accessibility standards, guidelines, and checklists aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA, ADA, and other relevant regulations. Provide technical guidance and training to developers, designers, and content creators on accessibility best practices. Integrate accessibility testing into CI/CD pipelines and automate accessibility checks where feasible. Partner with QA teams to ensure accessibility is included in test plans and regression testing. Evaluate third-party libraries, plugins, and vendor solutions for accessibility compliance. Maintain documentation of accessibility findings, remediation plans, and compliance status. Stay current with evolving accessibility standards, technologies, and industry trends. Serve as the internal advocate for accessibility, promoting a culture of inclusivity across the organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in accessibility engineering, QA testing, or software development with a focus on accessibility. In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and ADA compliance standards. Proficiency with accessibility testing tools (Axe, WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, etc.). Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications). Experience with automated accessibility testing and integration into CI/CD workflows. Hands-on experience in performing manual screen reader testing and keyboard navigation audits. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Proven track record of driving accessibility improvements in real-world software products.
