Supervisory IT Specialist (Director, Information Governance and Strategy Division)

Summary As a Supervisory IT Specialist (Director, Information Governance and Strategy Division) (IGSD) at the GS-2210-15, you will be part of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If selected, you will serve as liaison on budget and strategic/operational planning. Oversee IT operations to align with Agency needs, manage cost/schedule/performance, drive results, and serve as IT Accessibility/Section 508 Program Manager. Duties Leads the development, review, and maintenance of OCIO IT policies, operational and tactical plans, and related resource requirements. Serves as the primary liaison between OCIO and EEOC program offices on strategic planning, operational alignment, and budget formulation. Provides expertise in capital planning, business case development, and enterprise IT investment management. Directs the agency’s Section 508 and accessible technology program, including policy development, compliance oversight, accessibility testing, and enterprise reporting. Coordinates closely with offices responsible for Rehabilitation Act compliance and reasonable accommodations. Leads enterprise change management and risk management practices to ensure the successful delivery of IT investments and minimize operational disruptions. Serves as the liaison among program offices on eDiscovery, electronic records management, record retention, and data loss prevention initiatives.
