Accessibility Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We're responsible for ensuring the usability and accessibility of VoiceOver, Switch Control, Zoom, AssistiveTouch, Guided Access, and more with Retail and Online Apps. Candidates should have a great attitude and dedication to quality.
Key Qualifications

You are hands on, ambitious, highly motivated, and innovative of handling projects
We are looking for experience with assistive technology such as VoiceOver or Switch Control
Hands on experience with understanding of retail and online user issues related to accessibility products
You have excellent written, verbal communication skills
We require you to have the ability to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to solve and resolve defects and issues
We are hoping you have previous Technical QA experience.
Experience with FOH and BOH macOS and iOS Retail Apps (nice to have)

Description
In this role, you will: Define accessibility requirements with business. Provide accessibility annotations in design reviews. Debug and solution accessibility attributes/APIs with engineers. Execute the IT process and UI feedback loop. Experience with solid bug filing and diagnosis skills. Gather a deeper knowledge of accessibility needs and considerations for all retail and online users, including those with disabilities.
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer science or equivalent work experience
